The JUMP (Joint University Mental Wellness Project) campaign serves as one of the most revolutionary initiative aimed at bringing together university students from diverse backgrounds with the goal of allowing them to experience various things in life that can lead them to share different encounters and change their attitudes and behaviors. One of the major message that the campaign actions target is to allow students learn positive psychology while at the same time assisting them to discover the strength of their character and gain positive emotions. Here, the students learn the important role that inner strengths and positive emotions play in leading them deal with diverse challenges in life appropriately. They can do this by relying on the different experiences they have with people from diverse backgrounds. Positive emotions contribute to healthy growth of individuals (Chung Chi College, 2018) . A different message the students receive is one of the vital role that establishing good relations with people from other institutions of learning can play in broadening their experiences. In encountering persons from the distinct universities and establishing good relations, the participants gain deep insights from the interactions they have with their colleagues. In this vein, they are able to gain a broader viewpoint concerning life while at the same time boosting their self-esteem. When in the campaign, the learners take part in training camps, various workshops, and diverse interschool activities that allow them search for meaning of life goals in line with living satisfactory lives. Here, the diverse workshops lead them to know how to relate with the broader society by setting attainable and realistic goals. They also grow in a manner that allows them to flourish in diverse aspects of life (Hong Kong Baptist University, 2017) . Overall, the experiences that the students share can play an essential role in helping their colleagues to gain deeper insights about life to an extent they would be able to grow themselves both personally and professionally.
