The best idea that suits my boss in the staff tutorial process is the use of PowerPoint Presentation (Darling, 2016). The PowerPoint Presentation comprises of spaces on each of the slides, where one may add titles for each set of ideas to be presented. Then the main points are written in the page body in bullet forms; where the person presenting reads and expounds on them. Below each page is another space where one may add notes for expounding on the listed points. Besides, PowerPoint Presentation comprises of several slides which are opened by clicking on to the next slide as the presenter continues with the tutorial. The PowerPoint may also be displayed on the screen using a projector where the staff may read and take notes as the presenter continues with the tutorial.
