Changing a school culture especially as a new teacher is not a particularly easy thing. However, as Clark points out, confidence is vital in pointing out the vices in the administration as well. In addition, the confidence should be stringed together with effective communication. For instance, the educator can hold meetings with the students to identify the various school issues that the administration ought to take up and subsequently forward the issues. Following up on the issues will cajole the administration into doing its role. Funding is important in any school since the administration and school alone cannot provide all the amenities and teaching equipment required.
