The first resource I would select for Jennifer is the local community center. Aside from being a public resource that is up-to-date with the latest federal standards, the local community center offers a safe haven for Jennifer to express herself. The center is located within the neighborhood she stays hence gives a sense of familiarity. This feeling of being within familiar settings will gave Jennifer the confidence to expresses her issues ( Aktas & Demirtas-Zorbaz, 2018) . The main stakeholder at the community center will be the officer in charge. The officer will record Jennifer’s details and select her suitable counselor. On that note, the counselor is the other stakeholder. He/she will have one on one sessions with Jennifer to determine the severity of her condition. In regards to the private clinic, the key stakeholder will be the clinician who will counsel Jennifer. The clinician will come up with a suitable intervention that we as school administrators will use to help her.

The best way to coordinate the services is to come up with a schedule whereby Jane meets each stakeholder at specific times of the week and the relevant notes are taken. The schedule will also include weekly sessions whereby each stakeholder will meet to asses Jennifer’s progress and the relevant adjustments that should be made to the individual meetings. The greatest concern is if Jennifer’s mother will acknowledge the need for counseling sessions for her daughter.
