In comparison, Mr. Hamilton’s behavior broth him into problems with the school administration while Jessie’s behavior got him into problems with fellow students. To contrast, Mr. Hamilton was trustworthy with almost anyone while Jessie was not trusted for his words.

Some of the personality problems identified in this case study include; trustworthiness, reserved, honest and daring. Yes, Mr. Hamilton could have applied assertive discipline to solve some of the problems he faces. He could have disciplined on the spot the student he found drawing a graffiti on the principal door. When assertive discipline is applied, students most of the time may fear to go on with their negative motives. He could use it on the gang on the school.
Could Logical Consequences Model Have Been Have Been Employed by Mr. Hamilton to Aid Him in Making Decisions? How?
Yes, he could employ the use of logical consequences model. He could do so by denying the students some of the privileges the students were enjoying such as being kind to them. Being tougher on the students would help them make the right decisions (Hammond, 2015). Therefor the model would be right for him to use.
Is there Anything Inappropriate with Mr. Hamilton’s Desire to Be Well-liked? Explain.
Yes, there are things inappropriate with his desire to be well-liked, this is because it made him not to perform some of the duties he supposed to perform as an instructor. He is supposed to report negative behaviors to the administration but because he wants to be liked, he overlooks some of the negative activities done by students.

He could have invited Jessie to more personal conversations that would lead to him accepting for the matter to be talked to more people.

He should have invited the assistance of the school counselors to counsel Jessie over his actions and help him forgive the gang members.

I would personally talk to the principal about the matter and convince him that it was a matter I was following on closely because of my likeness by the students, Jessie had revealed it to me and was making a close follow up which I would reveal to the principal later on.

I would be sorry to Jessie but find out later the genesis of the whole matter.
