Brief Description of the Video
Susan Marcus presents what she considers important items to consider in the process of coding content in qualitative analysis. She explains her points using the example of an interview on social change with a graduate student what social change means to the interview respondent. The primary goal of the speaker, Susan, is to show the process of coding using her experience in an interview on social change. The first step is line numbers and layout coupled with the addition of continuous line numbers. Secondly, the personal coding can use an excel spreadsheet to monitor their progress as promoted by Williams & Moser (2019) . The third thing is locating questions for analysis. Finally, the speaker insists on the need to spellcheck the analyses and ensuring it is relevant to the questions at hand.
The Code Words
The two codewords are order and organization. The presenter, Susan, demonstrates the need for order when she explains a chronological step-wise method of coding of qualitative research with each step meticulously explained. The step by step strategy works in ensuring that no aspect is overlooked in the coding process ( Linneberg & Korsgaard, 2019). She calls attention to crucial information when the person coding the information is orderly and organized. The speaker demonstrates that being orderly in work and highly organized leads to an easy and accurate conclusion of the information with the answer of initial questions asked easy to find using the same standard. The order comes alive in the speaker's explanation of the coding process being laborious but orderliness helping to ensure the questions is answered through the excellent organization.

Discussion
There is a need for the person coding qualitative work to check between the questions and spreadsheet to track their progress. Additionally, locating questions for analysis can ensure that little to no time is wasted as the focus remains on the main question (Clark & Vealé, 2018) . Susan also advises the numbering of the research questions that further enhance clarity and promote work arrangement.
Reflection/Questions
The process of coding requires checking to ensure all objectives of the process are met:
It is essential to check the content analyzed against the questions to be answered.
The relevance of the questions and the subject on the experience is that they come in handy to get the correct information.
Highlighting questions helps in guided probing and checking the relationships between the questions and responses.
Parameswaran et al (2020) support the four primary points to consider which are answers to the questions follow-ups, more information, and more examples for clarity with questions identified beforehand. In addition, other workarounds such as copy-pasting questions, scrutinizing questions and answers, continually updating the spreadsheet all play a crucial role in the data analysis and reflection by the researcher on graduation experiences.
