Issues related to people’s perception on exercises are points of concern. People need to be enlightened on the necessity of different exercises for specific groups. I would achieve this by creating a public awareness and community program related to physical exercise targeted to overweight adults. Commitment to physical activities and good food for good health is a good way to keep fit and burn calories. This will be my main point in the campaign and the program. This is because, when we are committed and consistently get engaged with other physical activities, we burn a lot of fats unlike going for programmed exercises, which only needs few hours in a day. A balanced and good diet is also a good way to lose weight. When both are combined, the outcome will be spectacular.
Physical activities include home chores, work and play activities. Adults rarely engage their bodies in any prolonging movement. This is why they end up being overweight. Digging the garden, doing laundry, washing utensils, cooking and cleaning the house are some of the home base physical activities adults can engage in instead of hiring someone to them. When engaged in these activities every day, one will not require a programmed exercise every day.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Eating quality food means taking a balanced diet and regulating the amount of food taken. Overweight adults should avoid food with a lot of calories like French fries and opt for cereals and low sugar diets. Besides having this information in my program, I will also talk about the alternative ways of changing their lifestyles. For example, one can opt to walk instead of boarding a bus every day to and from work. Alternatively, they can walk or cycle to the shop or hotel to buy what they need instead of ordering online. Additionally, I will insist on commitment which is key. These are some of the cheap ways to keep fit bearing in mind that not everyone can afford programmed exercise like in the gym. Programmed exercises like running daily and engaging in sports are also advised in cutting weight. By frequently engaging in these activities, a lot of calories are burnt in the body.
With technology, I will post my campaign agenda on my social media accounts, Twitter and Facebook, and also us my website and blog to get the information to my audience. I will create fliers for the community program so that others can read. Adults face a lot of pressure in life; child care, pressure at work, marriage, sickness and many responsibilities. This leads them to being fatigued, stressed and depressed most of the time thus making them opt for cheaper ways in their way of living. I designed my campaign and community program in a way that, the alternative ways and the physical activities I proposed, tend to relax the brain, relieve depression and stress in a few ways.
I insisted on commitment because I considered the fact that many adults get fatigued and become lazy due to responsibilities, and it requires motivation and adherence to be committed. Rather than focusing on losing weight alone, my campaign enhances the audience to be motivated and adhere to frequent physical exercises and maintain a good diet by using self-management strategies of self-monitoring and reinforcement. Comments on my blog and websites will enable know if the information was useful to my intended audience. Additionally, I will visit and talk to some of the adults in the community and get their views. Therefore, besides healthy sleep, maintaining a good diet and engaging in frequent physical activities are vital in our daily life in order to acquire good health.
