This means that there is a need to bring members together to come up with new ideas on how the company is going to come up with new ideas about its nextproduct. All this is achievable through the preparation of creatively, brainstorming new service offerings. Learning something new can be a scaring experience. One of the hardest things I have ever done would be this; trying to get the members of the organization to work together and corporate despite the fact the organization is facing turbulence within its market. However, despite being afraid, I have to ensure I bring out the best idea on our new product launch after the creative exercise.

I believe that the best creative exercise for the team members would be to allow them create their own exercises. The team members will each have to create their own unique problem-solving activity. This will allow the members to ponder about the problem-solving process. Withit, communication, timemanagement, negotiation, decison making and creativity is build. After the creative exercise is over, eachteam will have to become equipped and work as team, and think with their feet. I will ensure the teams are made up of four to five individuals. They will work inside a large private room with each having flip charts, papers and pens. The maximum time allocated to each team will be one hour.
The instructions for the exercise will be; each team will be advised to design their own brand new problem solving activity. The activity has to be one that will help the organization towards the generation of an idea for the product launch.However, it should not be one they have earlier participated in or heard of.After one hour,each team will have to present its idea in front of the others and outline what its key benefits are for the new product launch.
In problem solving, there are usually for basic steps, defining the problem, coming up with solutions, evaluation and selection of best solutions and the implementation of the best solution. With this exercise of each team coming up with their own problem solving activity, it helps them in considering a wide range of options. It also allows the other members of the organization to develop on each other’s ideas giving all an equal chance to contribute. After the presentation, the team members will discuss on the different decision makingprocesses they followed.
The choosing of a new product is a complex activity. There are thousands of projects that the company has to chose from and coming up with one is similar to finding a needle in a haystack. This means that there are very many considerations that have to be made before the best product becomes chosen and launched. The major objective of this exercise is that, successful problem solving and decision making abilities make the heart of every team. Most teams are led by the appoint leader, in this case, being the project manager. The project manager will come up with their own creative exercise for relaunchingthe product. However, the most effective teams are those that can foster their own problem solving skills without having a leader. This exercise eventually encouraged the teams in developing their communication, leadership and creative thinking skills through building of group consensus and corporation.
In conclusion, for any organization to be successful in all its operations, it must have employees who are willing to work together as a team. Team spirit building efforts should be on the top of the list for any leader within an organization. As seen from the Constructions Consultations Inc. Company, it was through team work that they were able to come up with a new product which was to become launched. This was after its current market was marred by slowdowns thus a reduction in its clientele. A means by which teams can be build in an organization, is through engaging the employees in a creative problem solving exercise. This will help them work together towards finding solutions to the task given them during the process. After the exercise is complete, the individual employees will have learnt on the importance of working as teams towards solving problems
