Everyone join fitness and nutrition programs with different goals, ranging from simply trying to stay physically active, to keep fit and to some its part of their lifestyle. My fitness goals are getting fit and staying in shape while the nutrition goal is to adapt a healthy lifestyle through clean eating. Six months after my 20 th birthday, I noticed I had gained 15 kilograms; I got worried as I could not fit in my favorite clothes but I did not make any change to lose the extra pounds. Last month, I noticed I had put on more weight in a short period, and I was really unhappy with my body weight. Moreover, I started having panic attacks, and I could barely walk for long distances. I wanted to feel full of energy and happy and thus decided to visit the hospital where the physician recommended I take fitness classes and change my lifestyle since I was obese and risked a chronic medical condition. That is the reason I set the weight-loss goal in the fitness and nutrition plan.
Adapting to changes can be challenging and thus one needs some realistic goals as it is easy to become frustrated once you do not hit your target.
