The summary of the key findings in the CIP and areas of need
The education system in Florida is assessed through an online platform identified as Continuous Improvement Management System (CIMS). This platform allows the education personnel in the state to collaborate in problem-solving and planning ( Florida Department of education, n.d ). The Bureau of School Improvement develops and hosts the system. Its mission is to transform the leadership system in learning institutions, promote positive culture and environment, and standards in the processes of planning, learning, and instruction ( Florida Department of education, n.d ).

The state of Florida is nationally recognized for its marked emphasis on complete and competent curricular delivery. The system is organized to ensure that the students are given key priority through the delivery of a package that will equip the student for another level of study and career. As such, the following emphasis is laid to ensure that this goal is achieved
All students are held to high academic standards (Florida Department of education, 2018). The students are required to participate in the education process through active and productive involvement.
Preparing students for other levels of education and careers. The curriculum is designed to be a tool for empowering the student to be good performers in their academics as well as career paths (Florida Department of education, 2018). Thus, the curriculum is used as the end thereby automatically equipping the learners or other studies and job as opposed to rushing the students through a helpless system.
Plans are implemented to help the learning institutions as well as the students to achieve good results and progress. Besides, accountability is enforced by holding schools accountable for the results generated upon implementation of the plan (Florida Department of education, 2018). This strategy causes the institutions to take serious responsibilities in implementing all the necessary steps in the curriculum and evaluation criteria.
