Individuals face different challenges in their lifetime; these conditions need people committed to helping and have a desirable sense of compassion. The counseling position is one with essential knowledge that helps individuals attain optimal levels of mental functioning by reducing negative trends. The choice of specification in my career includes dealing with attachment issues, particularly in addiction counseling. My path will advance later to working with school-based health mental programs to address psychic issues affecting children. With these roles, I will offer my services to people and take up the role of a counselor.

The mental status examination is relevant in work settings that need conducting assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of psychic illnesses. It provides a design for writing reports and organizing objectives. Conducting assessments will allow me to identify the clients' problems and learn the orientation to solving problems. Such criterion helps define a work environment where both the counselor and the client will collaborate to find solutions. In addition, this measure avoids blaming each other and repeating past trends but promotes positive change among people.

Individuals need to make sound academic and workplace decisions and achieve this, and it may require the effort of a counselor. Remedy providers often use the achievement test to determine the degree of learning in a particular task. In academic settings, the tutor-made tests measure specific units of study, and the results give students a good idea of what more they know than others. Standardized tests used in the psychology field contribute to general academic goals compared to more extensive samples of other students in the same field. The impact of these tests is profitable to my area of interest, working with mental programs in schools.

Counselors need to clearly understand the types of personalities to help clients with information on how to interact and perceive environments. There are types of people with varying degrees of technical know-how. Tested counseling patients tend to have insight, enthusiasm and can handle complex situations with individual brilliance. Professional counselors have the responsibility to diagnose, treat psychic and emotional and addictive disorientations (Gladding, 2017) . Working with individuals and families to give mental care is the primary role of counseling job and helps solve life-taking problems like depression.

An essential role of professional counselors is to help individuals have a basis for decision-making. The skills and sensitivity in cultural settings enhance understanding norms on a broader level, and clients can be advised on important matters. Clinical decision-making for a formal counselor helps check clients' symptoms, know the degree of functioning, and make reasonable decisions. It helps relieve people of things seen as complex and cope with difficult situations. By doing these tasks, I will be occupying the position of a counselor.

The counselor position demands mental caregivers to know about tests available and relevant for different situations. This knowledge can be helpful to society in living healthy and productive lifestyles, and the remedy providers attain more competence in specialized areas. Treatment plans by formal counselors help people deviate from undesired, toxic, and fruitless norms, concepts, and feelings. Plans originate from studies, which include analyses of data. Treatment plans are derived from checks and diagnoses conducted by formal counselors. These roles contribute to the general position and expectation of a counselor.

Counselors with specifications in substance abuse give a crucial support system for people with alcohol issues, gambling habits, and eating disarray. Patients can use guidance, support, and resources to help quit the recurring unhealthy patterns. As a whole, professional relevance is widely acknowledged for liberating individuals from complex situations by simplifying matters.
