Understanding the mystery of matrix organization requires one to comprehend the fundamentals in its core structure. A matrix delineates the hierarchy connections constituted as a web/network of relations as compared to the customary chain of commands. In this case, members of a structure have a double reporting connection to mutually a product supervisor or a functional administrator. Figure 1 below represents a simple matrix of 10 possible family structures, traditions, cultures, languages, and/or religious practices that one may encounter in a classroom set up.
Usually, many perceive culture as only associated with the diverse countries that exist and the ethnic groups all around the world. In effect, the essence of a culture in a family setup is left out (Fraser, 2015). Also, most people assume that it is merely the usual activities that members of a family do that makes them an entity forgetting that these are the exact indications that develop cultures. All this starts from the distinct way of thinking, feelings generated in the bonding process of a family, time to time judgments made, and the familiar forms of acting upon issues. It is therefore advisable for the mass to realize that the diverse cultures that appear in our day to day life should be embraced in togetherness as one cultural setup appreciates the other for a better-coordinated living.

Moreover, such an environment requires the principal leaders to create events, for instance, calling on parents to be available on periodic prayer or culture celebration events. Gan, Menkhoff & Smith (2015) find that families are shaped by the unique values in which they are raised, either explicitly or indirectly. Children’s expectations about what is perceived good or bad, right and wrong mirrors a lot on their philosophies, traditions, and beliefs of the personal principles as they grow (Gan, Menkhoff & Smith, 2015). Some rebel against their family values while others take less interest in them, thereby affecting their overall approaches and conducts attained during their growing process. Essentially, family authorities should take keen interests on their member ensuring that they are raised to give the general public a more responsible citizen (Lin-Siegler, Dweck & Cohen, 2016).
In view, the aspects discussed above, institutions all around the globe should create thoughtful activities that carter for the general interests of the numerous cultures, traditions, and religion that are all over. Achieving this entails employing exciting ventures like get together parties, office breakfasts, sporting activities. In effect, such actions inspire values of better familial foundation in organizations that are rarely bound to breakage on any instance (Lin-Siegler, Dweck & Cohen, 2016). Also, they create an environment of flexibility that one develops by interacting with others hence create a tolerant atmosphere and a peaceful coexistence.
In conclusion, it is vital for one to belong to a structure, tradition, culture or even have different language and dialect. Culture gives people an identity and helps achieve a way of belief that carries them all the days of their lives.
