Comparison between generation X, Y, Z employees
Generation Z and their technology habits
Three phrases were used to conduct the study. The phrase “Generation Z employees” helped to find general information about workers in this age group, and the search yielded more results than the rest. “Comparison between generations Y, X, Z workers” yielded moderate sources, where the millennials, baby boomers’ generation, are compared with generation Z to determine which group is better to employ. The last phrase, “Generation Z and their technology habits,” establishes the advantages of these employees in relation to the use of technology in the workplace. I learned that when conducting a search, having the right search terms and phrases helps get a credible source. Other words that could be applicable are generation Z, technology needs, and training of employees and the advantages of young workers in a business.
