Human resource management is a significant factor and element in the productivity and profitability of specific organization. The department is in charge of the company's workforce, and if proper measures and techniques are not put in place by the administration, it will lead to reduced productivity of the firm thus registering losses. A well maintained human resource management that has proper mechanisms and techniques for appropriate management of the organization's resources and workforce will realize better results thus increased profitability and productivity. A group is faced with environmental factors which are composed in the business environment. They include factors like the social, economic, technological, legal and political factors ( Naranjo, 2009). On the other hand, an organization can also face the impact of organizational and human factors which are mainly centered on human behavior. The primary factor is human behavior which is composed of human failure and non-compliance. The organizational and environmental factors can either positively or negatively impact a business or an organization in many ways. Ellard Williams is an organization that that was struggling with such kind of a problem on their human resource department. 

Ellard Williams is a company that had both the external and internal factors that categorically affected the productivity of named organization in a negative way. There are three main things that the company needs to focus on to increase productivity and profitability in the next three to four years. The company on social factors it has to improve and strengthen customer relations and how they relate to other companies in the market structure.

The two organizational factors that affect the business (Ellard Williams's manufacturing company) are the internal communication and organizational structure. The working procedure and adoption of a favoring culture of a specific organization significantly depend on the internal communication formats and structures. The internal communication involves issues like training tools and materials, interpersonal employee relationships, philosophical features and statements newsletters, and policies. Employees tend to be happy and more productive when their views and opinions are respected, and they value and respect each other from the leading management platform to the lowest ranking within an organization. If their efforts are recognized within a group, then they are motivated to produce more and tirelessly work towards achieving certain goals and targets. If employees are subjected to poor working conditions, sick pay, and there is no any form of recognition of a good work performed by the employee. The top management team keeps on harassing the junior stuff ( Hynes, 2015). Situations like these will lead to dissatisfaction of employees thus realization of weak productivity and profitability. The Ellard Williams Company faces the same problems ranging from harassment and discrimination of individual employees. There are no programs in place that cater for employee motivation, it is biased in the way employees are treated for the top management is favored the most. The interpersonal communications either between the employees vs. other employees or the management vs. the employees is of poor standards where it seems to be stranded. 

After a critical analysis and singling out of the specific management system and the human resource management sector, the company had an obligation of implementing specific techniques and strategies to ensure the industry is working efficiently to achieve its goals and targets. One of the critical approaches will be for the company to roll out employee motivation programs and encourage better communication amongst the employees. Reflect on the particular individuals who were oppressing other employees and deploy possible disciplinary actions on them. Create a system that allows all the employees to interact and share their opinions without any fear freely or being discriminated in any way. Through such strategies, Ellard Williams Company will be able to increase its productivity and profitability. 

The structure is one of the internal organizational structures that affect the normal operations of the company in the process of realizing maximum profitability and productivity. At some point, other companies will prefer to contract a third party on contractual terms to handle their human resource and labor department. In different situations, the company may decide to manage the workforce by employing its workforce and employees. When a company decides to choose a structure based on contractual work, they will automatically save on costs, but they will have limited control and demand for the final product. This will significantly lead to production and profitability that is not the company's expectations and targets ( Peel and Inkson, 2004). If the Ellard Williams Company wants to realize maximum profitability, they should restructure their organizational structure and human resource management to that of departments and teams so that they can have a better control of employees and the final product. 

The economy is an external factor that significantly affects the overall success of any business. The specific ability of the clients to willingly pay for your service or product affects the normal functioning of the organization. Sometimes it might be a particular economic problem affecting the specific industry a company operates in or a global question that has massive effects ion the general supply and demand for products and services. A significant way of handling such economic negativities is through diversifying the company's services and products.
