Racism and hatred have been prevalent in every generation from historical past till today. Despite social and technological advancement in the modern world, racism is still rooted in some peoples’ mind which makes them feel more superior to others. According to Sarich (2018), racism is unethical and should not be a determining factor when seeking services or employment in any part of the world. But the main question is how racism or people from all races can find a common solution, where every person will be treated with equal dignity and respect.
Promoting avoidance and colorblind racism ranks as one of the ways to get to the bottom line of this matter, by not identifying a person’s potential based on skin color. Victimizing people based on their skin color is the most evident violation that should be met with punitive measures against offenders (Flintoff & Fitzgerald, 2015). That is, a law should be passed terming this kind of discrimination as an offense subject to conviction before the court of law. Nobody, therefore, would wish to find themselves on the wrong side of the law. Different races would then treat each equally despite their diverse origins.

Embracing the spirit of the endurance of racial disparities would be pivotal in suppressing racism. With the spirit of oneness, all people would stay and work together without stereotyping others based on racial lines and inequalities that exist in society. Racial disparity has been exercised from the First World War in historical, times to future generations. Adopting inclusivity and avoiding divisive sentiments and characters would keep a nation united with people from all walks of life (Cole, 2017). People should, therefore, forget about past racial historical injustices, and focus on building a society that is free from racial discrimination.

Differences are part of nature, and the creation of God should not be construed to cause division and hatred.
Creating a safe space for difficult conversations where people will be allowed to share their concerns regarding racism with its effect on society would aid in ensuring equality. Team members should determine whether unconscious racial bias is negatively impacting their decisions and discussions which are likely to have a more lasting and sustainable impact on the minority (Cole, 2017). Discussing this issue would assist in unearthing racism and discrimination instigators by suggesting solutions that lead to a positive impact of the whole issue. An example of a solution will be; avoiding laughing at racist, homophobic and other stereotypical comments since that would only hurt individuals referred to.
All races should make an effort to explore the unfamiliar by getting to know people who are different in cultural practice, skin color, or religious beliefs. Multiple interactions with a diverse group of people would create a sense of unity and an enlightening experience that explains the point of view of other people’s cultural practices and religious believes (Flintoff & Fitzgerald, 2015). A proactive parent should expose her children to diversity at a young age to learn the multi-cultural aspect by knowing other children from different backgrounds before biases and prejudices are formed.
Every person should be a role model to criticize any form of discriminatory views and practices that may stir anger to a certain race. Educating other people about diversity and supporting anti-racist organizations by volunteering in educational camps, offering financial support and being an advocate while working with other groups to achieve the common goal would contribute towards fighting racism (Flintoff et al., 2015). All racial bias training solutions should be supported by the government to enlighten more people on the hazards of racist society which may hinder the growth and development of a country. The aim would entail fostering empathy, build social connections, and create awareness of unconscious biases. Within days of training, people would make adjustment in their view of other people from all races.
Working on projects with people from different racial and cultural backgrounds would increase familiarity and brotherhood. Working together would reduce bias and perceive each other as part of one united family with a common purpose of achieving a common objective. Traveling to new regions where one is among minority group would teach one on how to live with other people and embrace the differences between them (Cole, 2017). Positive interactions between Christians and non-Christians like Muslims would promote cohesion and understanding without blackmailing others based on their religious and cultural beliefs (Sarich, 2018). The media should also promote peaceful coexistence through educational programs that sensitize people to value rights and mutual respect of all people despite their diverse racial backgrounds.
Conclusively, racial disparity is a major factor that has caused tensions and conflicts as well as discrimination of a certain group of people through unequal treatment. All forms of discrimination should not be tolerated since no one is superior or more human than others. All humans deserve equal treatment with mutual respect despite one's background.
