The aim of this paper is to describe two social or human services agencies and their roles in supporting students and families in the school. The paper will also include a summary of a discussion with the principal mentor. It will then look at how principals and the school’s can help in coordinating the support of social or human services agencies.
Illinois Action for children is a large nonprofit organization that has been serving parents in need of child care services. The organization has also taken other tasks like providing support and technical assistance to child care and early schooling professionals and offering education scholarships to needy students ("Learning About a Social Service Agency from the Inside | University of Chicago - SSA," n.d.) . The organizations have actively been carrying out research in early care and education in order to advocate for better life and education of the low-income families. They enhance access to educational opportunity for needy families and children up to three years and support seamless transitions from Early Head Start to Head Start programs and services.

The principle and entire school must ensure the school is ready for the programs by developing an implementation of a comprehensive plan for school readiness. He should then coordinate school’s staff to collaborate in reviewing result from the agencies’ program and develop a clear set of school-readiness goals that will inform the plan to guide program work (Podger & In Wanna 2016). The school and the staffs assume the responsibility of implementation of the programs and policies. To ensure compliance with federal programs accessed by the school, the principal must develop and maintain an effective educational program that is aligned with the federal guideline, policies, and regulations (Sorrentino & Remmert 2012). They must ensure they maintain good records.
Conclusion/recommendations
Social agencies and federal government programs in school are very important. School heads must be in a position to ensuring there are good working conditions between the school and the agencies or federal. They should provide training to the school and the staff before implementation of the program to ensure success. Training can be done through a partnership between the institution, government, and non-government organizations. This will ensure school readiness and build a positive environment for implementation of the programs.
