The report is addressing those who are in the telecommunication industry. The student's report's main problem is the challenges that Nokia has gone through and has made it lose its market share in the past. Also, the student has clearly stated the reason why addressing the problem is of great importance. The main focus is to assist other companies in the telecommunication industry to evade similar problems that made Nokia fail in the market. You have highlighted solutions such as having the right communication channel between the management and its employees. The solution will be useful as it will ensure the right implementation strategies, and the adoption of change and innovation is high. Another solution highlighted is advertising the products which they aim at launching. The solution is less likely to be useful as they need to have a marketing plan before advertising.

You have mentioned the need for hiring new people to deal with the marketing strategies of Nokia. There is a need to elaborate on why the solution is likely to be effective and not just use existing personnel. It would be best if the company focuses on the skills that the existing employees have, build on them through training, and then deal with the company's marketing strategies. There is information on the significance and development of Nokia's software since medieval times. The information is irrelevant to the overall thesis as it does not show how it led to the company's failure in the general market operations. More focus needs to be on factors that contributed to the market failure of Nokia.

Your recommendation solutions are persuasive enough. You have mentioned that Nokia needs to have software to know their consumers and the level of demand. The solution is useful as it shows how the company will be managing its portfolio. However, it would have been more effective if you expanded more on the solutions you provided. You have stated the solutions without elaboration or explanations. For instance, consider expanding more on what effects the consumers and demand software have on the company's market share. Also, additional information on how the same can be used in conducting forecasting of the future market trends.

At the start of your report, you have mentioned that Apple and Android are Nokia's primary competitors. At the same time, you are raising the question of what can Nokia do to regain dominance. You need to go deeper into the question and highlight some of the strategies that the competitors are using to remain afloat in the market. An in-depth analysis of what other competing companies are doing will provide a framework for a possible solution. In the report, you have raised the point that Nokia is a brand name. The information is irrelevant to the thesis as it does not provide a solution to the problem being addressed. If Nokia is a brand name, it would not have an issue in its market penetration strategies and dominance.

There is a flow in the report, and I can easily follow through. The points are well-articulated, and there are no contradictions. It would be best to make changes to the reference formatting style as it does not follow the APA guidelines. All the instructions for the report have been followed what you need to do is add more information and elaboration on the solutions you have provided.
