Technology-the world is at the dawn of a digital age. More pressure is being placed on both parents and the administration to set up more digital oriented forms of learning. A major problem with technology currently is the protocols to filter information suitable for presentation to children.

Policy: Specific amounts of money will be placed into a consolidated fund that will aid in continuous innovation and procurement of early childhood education facilities.
Transparency-different bodies dealing with early childhood education should be accountable for the actions they take toward any effort regarding early childhood education (Campbell, 2002). For this reason, accountability standards need to be set in order to ensure consistency in practice throughout the States.
Policy: Consistency in the state’s early childhood education program will only be achieved by ensuring accountability and transparency in the standards required.
Initial Teacher training-introducing graduates to specific skills to enhance early childhood development will ensure that teachers enter the schools with effective skills to foster the educational goals set. Some technological input could also be provided to teachers at the beginning. In essence, offering as many transferable skills to teachers in order to help with early childhood development will ensure education is an active process of knowledge transfer.
Policy: Teacher training programs will be designed in ways that give as much transferrable skills to teachers as possible, educational requirements for teachers will also be set in this way.
Policy is the leading factor in any educational reform effort. For this reason, structuring policies based on trends enabled educators to provide the best possible results. It is also important in setting training and child exposure standards to be upheld. Policies also lead to significant monetary incentives from corporates.
