Gender is the disparity between the sexes. In the college, differences may arise between boys and girls on who pass the mathematics or science. Women currently dominate many women colleges and universities. On the equal population of men and women, they are a lot of disparity manifestation. This is seen during admission and completion time of college. Admission staff must sort ways to reduce the gap for equal opportunities between men and women. Performance of men is alarming the graph shows dismal achievement in class.

Change of behaviors, Admission staff needs to take a roll in encouraging men to change their behaviors. The change of women behavior let to success to many of them in the achievement of their dreams. In many of the occasion, men tend to concentrate much on family issues forgetting education. Staff should take the lead and advise men to have their responsibilities shared in the family.

The occupational expectation of men, Staff should check the likelihood of men since these are causes of poor attendance of colleges by men. Though occupation and education may be correlated they tend to create a lot of disparity attendance and completion of the colleges. They have a significant impact on college attendance that the admission staff must address to reduce the differences between men and women in the college's attendance and completion. For example, one who wants to attain BA may not have the chance to pursue his/her educations goals compare to one does not have the dream of attaining the goal.

Admission staff should set up the reward system to allow men compete. For example, a college may offer the cash incentive to men who apply for the college in order to encourage them. Also to be rewarded to the one who will perform best. This will increase the men joining the colleges and the one completing the college. This will foster significant improvement in the colleges and they will be successful as women too.

Graphical representation of gender differences as asserted by the Flashman is used to describe the parity in attendance and completion of colleges. This will make admission staff understand better. The graph shows more women attending and completing the college than men.

Conclusion

There is the need for equal admission of both genders in the colleges. Colleges should be of concern to the gender parity in the education sector to avoid future shift gender equality. Men should be encouraged and awareness created to improve men achieving the best in the academic.
