Globally healthcare organizations are affected by various problems. The first problem that these organizations have is the lack of an integrated delivery system for all citizens. People in the globe are divided into three classes, the lower class which is made up of the poor people in the society, the middle class those that can afford good life and the higher class; these are those living a luxurious life. Thus every country has these classes. For healthcare systems, they suffer this challenge where they cannot meet the needs of these people ( Baguma, 2017).
The poor cannot afford to pay for the medications they are offered in case of sickness. Thus providing continuous help and care to the sick becomes a challenge because they have to pay the medics and the other casual workers that they have employed to help in other hospital needs ( Baguma, 2017). The best solution for this is to have a health insurance policy that is accepted globally in healthcare institutions; then this insurance should be issued to all people both rich and poor.

The second challenge in healthcare institutions is the lack of a central agency to govern this system ( Bernard and Lavoie‐Tremblay, 2018 ). In healthcare organizations, a central system is needed to organize and oversee those countries that need more medications and health professionals. This will help ensure better services for all. Some countries cannot afford to offer better healthcare services to its population unless well-wishers cheap in to help them. This challenge can be solved through governments globally uniting upon healthcare issues and making contributions to ensure that all get better services.
The third global challenge in the healthcare industry is multiple conflicts between market justice and social justice ( Ghani and Jaber, 2018 ). Some people in different countries in the world do not acknowledge the use of drugs in healthcare institutions; they still use traditional herbs to deal with the modern-day complicated diseases which are killing the majority in these countries. The best solution to this challenge is to encourage and fund health organizations to educate people on health care and on how to deal with diseases globally. This will ensure that all people both the ignorant, unlearned and those informed, learn how and where to get the best medications for their illness.
