Master of Healthcare Administration abbreviated as MHA or M.H.A. is a professional degree granted to career students at the master’s level pursuing development with the intentions of gaining competencies and expertise needed for careers in the field of health administration. Master of Health Administration involves the supervision of health facilities such as hospitals and other health-related institutes, guidance and counseling, together with civic health organization (Alfatly, & Hamdan, 2017). Moreover, packages offered in pursuance to MHA can vary based on the setting; even though the learner-educator style of programs is generally found in health professions, schools of medicine, or associated health. All in all, there are classroom type packages that are offered in public health or business institutions.

Supervision of volunteer activities in the locality and retaining, recruitment and training of the volunteers also fall in their bracket of duties. 

Clinical experience in the healthcare industry is another similarity between MHA and BC-VC. Consequently, the other qualifications are all related to the healthcare another aspect that draws the two professions close together. Trained in various health-related fields MHA graduates can apply for this job as they meet all the required qualifications.
