For example, there are some countries that reject the Western notion of human rights. These countries feel that the West is imposing its own ideals without considering the cultures of the countries. The failure by the West to convince these nations to adopt its vision of human rights underscores the importance of cultural considerations. Since cultures are integral component of decision making, organizations should strive to incorporate them into their decision making structures and process.
