Immigrants have made America into what it is today. I believe America is the country that has benefited most from immigration. The idea that it is a “Land of Opportunities” has sold far and wide. People have traveled from far away countries to America to taste the available opportunities. America hosts people from all countries in the world. The most interesting part is that the country itself and its people also benefit from the immigrants. It creates a win-win situation for immigrants and America.

Few countries in the world are as developed as America is. Moreso, they are fewer countries that accept immigrants the way America does. America, as a republic, is well developed and can accommodate people from other countries. Most people from all over the world go through difficulties to survive. Even with qualifications, many lack job opportunities. In America, there are opportunities for them to develop their careers and, at the same time, earn and feed their families. They can live their dreams and provide a better life for their dependents.

By accepting people from all over the world, America has become the most diversified nation on the planet. This has changed many aspects, in the country, for the better. First, languages. Americans only use English. However, immigrants use English as their second language. Their first languages are from their original countries. This has challenged Americans to learn other languages too. Languages, like Spanish, are being taught in schools. It does not only provide job opportunities for other people, but it also ensures that Americans, too, can easily mingle with them. It also provides a better platform, for them, in business dealings. They are free to open businesses in areas where these communities stay, or even in their home countries.

Second is the aspect of culture and entertainment. Immigrants brought into America their various cultures. With time, these cultures have been infused into the entertainment industry of America. Songs and films contain content from all over the world. For this reason, music and films from America are watched and enjoyed by people everywhere. It has improved their income and developed the industry a great deal.

Both America and the immigrants benefit. America provides immigrants with the opportunities that they desperately need. In America, they can acquire jobs, schooling, and many other opportunities. They can improve their lives. On the other hand, the nation acquires great experience and capabilities. Some ideas are brought into the nation that have boosted most industries. These ideas have catapulted America into what it is today.
