How studying art will help my future career

We see art everywhere in our lives and also in our plays a part in our daily experiences. Also, arts contribute to enormous economic force in the world of fashion to the entertainment business. This all are multibillion-dollar projects that have made significant changes in us. Taking art education has enabled me to develop self-discipline, self-esteem, self-motivation, and cooperative skills. Currently, I’m pursuing art education the skills I have acquired are enough to convince the hiring manager for the employment. After enrolling in art education, I have learned four fundamental elements that are dance, music, theater, and visual arts. Every potential employer requires the employees to have art related skills and also well-grounded liberal arts education. In this paper, I will convince the hiring manager how art skills have prepared me well for my future career. 

For instance, Mastering English program has enabled me to acquire the various skill you will not see in many people. I can now say that English equipped me with skills such as critical thinking, communication, writing, organization, research, and proper grammar. These skills have given me the ability to work collaboratively, receive feedback, and also manage time. For instance, the program has equipped me with excellent communication skills that will suit your company objectives. Communication skills have impacted me the superb presentation, active listening, and writing capabilities. I’m now able to explain technical concepts to customers and also other employees who aren’t tech-savvy. Consequently, every employer needs an organized employee. 

Arts program has enabled me to acquire organization skills. I can now plan and effectively implement projects to ensure there is an adequate flow of the task force. It is evident that will equip other employees with organizational skills to avoid slapdash organization which will waste employees time and the employer money. I’m convinced that your company requires the organization to ensure the time used is economically and maximum profit is gained every day. Also, critical thinking is the secret for many successful organizations. 

Using critical thinking in your organization will ensure that there is progress and decision made are critically analyzed. Critical thinking has equipped me with the ability to use reasoning, imagination, and all the available sources to resolve issues that might arise at work. In case a situation arises in this organization I will work at my level best to ensure it is determined and all parties are satisfied with the solutions provided. 

Throughout the course, I have engaged in many cultural activities which are significant in promoting cultural identity. Cultural activities play an integral role in the quality of life and region livability. Similarly, engaging in artistic activity results in a combined population even at the workplace. I will encourage diverse groups at the workplace to share the shared experiences, pay attention to new perceptions and also appreciate more from each other. This understanding will create the best environment in the workplace. 

Art education exposed to children in the country has revealed that those exposed to music drama and dance are proficient in writing, reading, and math. Students who receive art education have improved social skills compared to those who have little or no access to art education. Consequently, art education has improved literacy skills in the US (Karaca & Koray, 2017). Students who study arts are good in critical thinking than those who don’t take part in the study. To solve the problems we have today, all we need is critical thinking and some science. Coming up with solutions to solve world problems is the real deal that everyone should be concerned about. Think of running a thriving economy, bridging strategies to reduce social classes in the country all these require critical thinking to be successful. 

Additionally, I think behind every successful business there is art. Look at MC Donald’s advertisements which influence customers to buy their products. Many ads are entirely, and companies behind these advertisements are all multibillion-dollar companies. My degree in art has given me a creative outlet. This will enable me to connect to the larger world which will ultimately improve the community cohesion in the world of business. In a broad assertion without merit, the students from lower-income families have little exposure to art education that is provided in schools. A 2005 report shows that art education plays a critical role to close the gap existing between socioeconomic groups (Karaca & Koray, 2017). My experience with art is that closing the difference in the socioeconomic classes is the driving force behind every prosperous country. For instance, art education has positively impacted economic stability in America. 

Also, my experience with art is that it is a civic catalyst. Art welcome the sense of place and also a desirable quality of life. Considering my application will have a significant impact in ensuring there is stable democracy at the workplace, engage workers with civic discourse, dramatize importance issues, and also become at the forefront in encouraging a collective problem-solving at the workplace. Additionally, the policies and services in the US are all manifests of artwork. Art has improved state policies and services in various ways. Numerous states have realized this benefit and incorporated art in education, literacy, economic revitalization, tourism, workforce development, social service plans, and community sustainability. The degree in art has equipped me with all these skills to ensure that I will practice all these skills at my workplace.
