Why You Need To Have a Growth Mindset

Growth mindset is an element in psychology that causes people to have this strong belief that their talents can developed and help improve lives. The improvement can be done through hard work, good strategies, and input from others. therefore growth midst is a system of thinking that is accommodative, welcoming and gives people capability of appreciating other peoples inputs (Dweck, 2014).

When workers develop the growth mindset they tend to achieve and accomplish their responsibilities more efficiently than people with a fixed mindset. People with fixed mindset are the people who think their gifts are innate and they therefore tend to think they own them (Dweck, 2014).

I can’t make this better I can always improve
