The Apple company was not performing very well as compared to Microsoft company, but once it embraced the technological disruption through creativity, it resulted in positive performance. Apple company performed well through its innovativeness; hence it gained more profits that doubled what the Microsoft company gained.

The best strategy for the company to use in managing technology disruption is through innovation. This would lead to a positive impact on the growth and development of business. Apple company was not performing well, but the company became innovative by adding the features to the iPod product. This was a great company transition and resulted in a positive outcome for the company for the profit gained.

The business can well manage the technology disruption by having a vision of product expansion and development. The company vision should be manageable and achievable. Apple company was very innovative, and since it had the idea of having the concept of product development and expansion, it came up with an appealing design of the iPhone that was most appealing to the customers.

Managing the technology disruption in business can be of significant impact in business. Therefore, a company must be innovative enough and come up with visions that are achievable to enhance the success of the company. A company that has an achievable vision of development and expansion of products should ensure that it can be in line with the technological changes, and hence it requires to be innovative.
