I will achieve this step by going for internships and having the right attitude of trying out in different roles to help me develop and discover my skills, which will connect me to real world experience. By doing so, it gives me a chance of getting to know my passions and true interests. The next step is to explore the interest and the options that will lead to the realization of my career objectives. As a college student, I need to know that it is not necessary to do a traditional career. However, doing what I want to do and what I am best in will help me in getting to know my strengths and weaknesses, thus reducing failures. Network is also a vital step, and it involves connecting with friends, and professional, which is key to finding a job. Through networking, I will be mentored and guided on how to progress in my carrier. They will also be of essence in giving me information on jobs opportunities. In a nutshell, networking is a source of information, development and growth.
