The research focuses on the link between employee turnover and the need for an employee to being identified with a specific group. The research in this situation focuses on Hai Feng Education online tutoring classes. The main aim of the study is to find out ways an organization can reduce employee turnover and be able to manage their employees effectively. Moreover, it understands how a limited sense of belonging can lead to employee turnover.

The literature review s from the study have expounded on the impact of employee turnover on an organization or a company. As discussed by Saige, Birati, and Tzner (2012), employee turnover leads to an added cost to the organization. That more money will be incurred to hire more employees at a better cost, with the assumption that increasing employee salary will reduce employee turnover. Moreover, Dess and Shaw (2001) noted that employee turnover lead s to poor organization performance, which includes tarnishing the public reputation of the organization and also affects employee retention.

The other factors leading to employee turnover is the desire of an employee to move to a new job and also the readily available jobs online because of the large number of online tutoring schools with better pay (Martin 1979). The plenty of jobs available online has encouraged the employee to move out of an organization with ease.

The research using various techniques to analyze data was able to clearly, and quantitatively analyze the data. Questionnaires have been used as the primary method of data collection because of its ease of usage (Saunders and Tosey, 2015) . Existing records and data within the Hai Feng Education center have been used as the secondary source of data. Previous records of employees have been analyzed and deduced vital information about employee turnover. From the research, ethical issues were put into considerations, which includes voluntary participation and anonymity of the participants (Kothari, 2007).

It is important for every employee to be identified with certain groups; this will reduce employee turnover, and moreover, it will improve the performance of an organization. From the research, it is clear that the limitation of sense of belonging causes employee turnover.
