How to Write a Job Application Letter (With Samples)

I am anew graduate who holds management skills applicable to several organizations. I have six months of experience in assistant management since I worked as a part-time assistant manager in a company selling computers. While with my former company, I was in charge of client relations. I made sure that all their questions concerning the organization were answered. I enlightened them on the products, both new and old. I also made sure that all clients received their deliveries and sells on time. I took part in driving organizational change, such as the need to ensure effective and quick customer services. I worked with the manager to bring about client satisfaction through selling high-quality products, taking order swiftly and assisting clients in their areas of concern 

Marketing management is another skill that I have in my portfolio. I also had duties in the marketing department while working as an assistant manager in my former company. I was in charge of helping the marketing team develop effective marketing strategies for promoting organizational products. I worked with the team to identify the target markets for each product or group of products in the firm. This position allowed me to work in teams, be a team player, and learn how to handle different conflicts that come from working with groups of people. I developed conflict management skills and learned to appreciate people with varying skills from mine because of these differences that make great teams. I learn that effective teams need people with different skills who can work together to get the assigned jobs done. 

My time at the firm provided me with the opportunity to learn about product management. The client demands change from time to time. As time elapses, one realizes that some customers have stopped using some products produced by one firm and buys the same products from other businesses. When asked, they state that the rival organization provides more quality. Therefore, I was charged with the duties of working alongside the product manager to ensure the quality of the merchandise produced in the organizations. This also helped in building further client relations and human resource management skills. 

I possess organizational management skills that come in handy not only when managing people but also with clients. My duties in the marketing and product management department allowed me to interact with people from different areas of the firm. I realized that they also had varied personalities, skills, and work ethics. The firm has diverse employees that require effective management skills. Moreover, such types of employees also come in with many talents that, when used effectively, can lead to great success in the organization. Thus, I acquired talent management skills effectively when working in the production department. I was able to co-chair a group of employees whose duty was to come up with a modification or improvement of the current products within the company. The team came up with excellent new products, which were improvement of some of the firm merchandise that had reached a decline in market growth.
