In creating my annotated bibliography, I encountered several challenges. However, the biggest problem I faced was the fact that some sources gave me information that could contradict with my own opinion. I felt strongly attached to some of my ideas, something that was in contradiction to some of the images created by other sources about the effects of technology on family communication. I overcame this challenge by sticking to sources that could concur with my opinion.

During my research, I realized that a lot of sources gave out almost the same information. To avoid this, I had to do more research work to gather new information from other sources such as online publications and other books. From this assignment, I learned that a lot of sources of information do exist when researching. I was not impressed particularly with Wikipedia as a source of information. Wikipedia seemed to be vague and too predictable. Hence, I saw it as an unreliable source. Instead, I preferred a scholarly source because of peer review and updated information.
I have plans of supplementing the information from my annotated bibliography by digging deeper into scholarly sources and other publications. These are materials that I can acquire online and from the school library. I will also engage my colleagues in their opinions to support my research. I already have credible sources that will help me in accomplishing my objective.
