Dear [Name of Recipient]
I hope this message finds you well. There is an ongoing situation concerning our current project. Most of the members feel that your involvement in completing our project is less as they expect. You also realize that the group was always created for the members to share a common purpose and give equal contributions. In doing so, we require your potential and great ideas for the project to be successful. On behalf of the group members, I kindly ask you to provide full support by attending the group meetings, assisting in writing the project report, and chip in to provide better ideas, which we believe you are able to.
I look forward to meeting with you at the next meeting on Tuesday to clarify this issue and come on good grounds with other members. Kindly take this as a kind note and not personally.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Regards,
Sender

Part 2
After completing our project task in the previous meeting, the issue was raised, and we come up with a solution to communicate the situation with the group member first. The group member rarely attended the project meetings, and we found it hard to get in touch with him. We came up with the solution of sending him the email concerning the issue and asked him to attend the next meeting to end the issue with every group member present. We found it better to speak to him one on one rather than only sending an email. Talking about group issues amongst the group was a better strategy; he agreed that he would attend all meetings and contribute like other group members. Additionally, we assigned mandatory roles to him to ensure that he actively participates in the group project. Through communication and assigning mandatory roles, we managed to avoid involving the instructor in the case.
Since it was the first time the issue got chronic, and every group member was concerned, it was proper to have the group member informed first. We would report the group member to the instructor if he continued being uninvolved in group projects even after talking to him. A suitable resolution for our problem would constitute communicating with the group member face to face to iron out any differences and to reason together. This would give him a better chance to speak out his mind since he might have been experiencing some other issues that might have made him uninvolved in the project matters.
