Subject: Reference Letter Request
Dear Professor Edwards,
I am writing to request that you write a reference letter for me following a job application process. During the application process, it requires one to have three references, and one is to be an academic professor or lecturer. The major treason I am asking for you to act as my reference is that I was one of your students’ about two years ago. As my undergraduate mentor and advisor at the time, I am sure of the fact that a reference from you would provide a prospective employer with the right information that will endorse me in the respective job application.
During my time as your student, I was able to learn a lot from you. Within the four years , I e njoyed and benefited from the six classes that I took with you and through this; it greatly contributed towards me getting a first-class honors upon my graduation. I am hopeful that you might still recall of me well enough and have a sufficient repute of my capabilities to write a reference letter for me. As you can see from my attached cover letter, I am targeting positions in the financial sector. I have attached my senior thesis to help you in refreshing your memory.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
I would like to know if you will be contented in certifying my application for the jobs in the financial sector. Correspondingly, I will be more than happy to answer any questions and make available further information, which will assist you in writing the reference letter. If possible, we can meet in the course of your office hours. However, you can still reach me via my email or my mobile number.
I want to thank you very much for playing a substantial role in my success upon graduation and for taking the time to review my request.
Sincerely,
Victoria Michaels
