Subject: Introduction of Celebrities Vouchers for Silent Auction
Every year during the summer holidays, Cat Trust Charity Group (CTCG) holds a gala event to help raise funds. These galas aim to help raise funds to aid in the protection of abused and neglect cats in Hartford, Connecticut. The annual CTCG gala brings various people from all walks of life, including major celebrities. Upon looking at more ways to encourage donations, the celebrities agreed to participate in the fundraising where vouchers to spend time with them will be included in this year’s silent auction.
The annual CTCG gala has been part of the major ways of fundraising used by the charity since its inception. It has, therefore, become a tradition and currently brings in huge masses that come to experience them. This has seen the expense of holding the gala increase exponentially evidence with last year’s expenses that totaled to $130,000, with the overall funds raised totaling to $350,000. Celebrities like Jason Galaxy and Kitten Lady are well known within the Cat rescue community who attend the event. Having vouchers of these two celebrities for a silent auction would increase the donations exponentially.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
A month before the annual CTCG gala is held, an advertisement will run on our social media page, and fliers and posters will be printed out and given to residents of Hartford city. The advertisement will inform the people of the objects that will be up for auction during the event. This will help sensitize the residents who, in turn, might spread the information about the silent auction by word of mouth. This will make those who attend the event prepare themselves in advance to ensure they are able to bid for the celebrity vouchers in the silent auction. This will increase the funding we receive for the gala, thus increase our chances of saving more cats from abuse and neglect in Hartford.
