Lawrence France is critical in first highlighting the need for change for Mark's business. From this initial post, it is apparent that Mark needs to expand his 3D printer business by increasing the number of printers as well as his employees. While the post is critical in pointing out the various computer systems and devices Mark needs to invest in, it fails in dealing with the second part of the need for change; the type of employees to hire. France equally fails to highlight the criteria Mark should use for expanding his labor force.

This post by Sharnell Johnson does a good job in listing the available options available to Mark and his new team. The writer talks about the ERP system, the NetSuite and the E Server I Series powered by IBM. In as much as the post shows the advantages of each of these systems to the 3D printer business, they fail in giving more details into how Mark and his team will apply the new knowledge to reflect their expansion. The writer does not discuss how Mark's team will utilize these systems, or connect them with the systems already I place to ensure an easy transition from the old systems.

David Hines dives directly into the 3 pieces of technology Mark's firm should use. As such, he fails in highlighting the need for change for the business. Despite this flaw, however, the writer is effective in pointing out how Mark's firm stands to benefit from each of the Technological upgrades he proposes. The MRP software allows Mark to better manage orders by ensuring the right amount of materials is used to fill customer orders. The CAD software ensures the best design possible and modeling while the onsite server hardware allows the firm to handle increased scaling of the business files.
