  Question one 

Organization need to be congruent for it to be successful. Culture is the first components that must be congruent with others components in an organization. IKEA has a congruent culture which has act as its guidance to success. For instance, they have a culture of innovations and teamwork which known its organization. Next are people, employees must be congruent with the culture of work in the organization. For instance, Teamwork is enhanced among co-workers in IKEA. The last one is the work. This is what is supposed to be done and how it is congruent to people who are supposed to do it. In IKEA value teamwork and love simple work. 

Question two 

Schein explains the following key factors of organization culture; artifacts assumed values, values and symbols. Artifacts are elements which mark the organization surface. They are visible for instance organization logo, architecture, structure and others, an excellent example in IKEA are the color of their building. Assumed values are the inert culture which does not affect the organizational culture; for instance, expecting workers to be innovative in IKEA. Values are the guiding principles within which organization derive its culture. For example, in IKEA, respect among the workers is a vital value. Symbol visible for instance the color of the IKEA building is their symbol.

IKEA is seemly running many stores and has different departments. With the competition in the business environments, Organization such as IKEA should have Functional organization structure. This is a kind of structure where its purpose or function groups each portion of the organization. For instance, IKEA should have marketing departments which markets its goods, sales departments and innovation department. This is the only way they may be able to enjoy the kind of enormous profit it is currently experiencing.
