Impacts of Agencies To The Community

The mission statement of my agency, Neigbor to Family , is to Revolutionize foster care by keeping siblings together while building healthier families and stronger communities. The agency has two major hypotheses. The first hypothesis is the sibling foster care programme. Another hypothesis is family preservation and stabilization. The programmes are aimed to solve the injustices within the community. The agency is committed to protecting human rights such as rights to healthcare, family fidelity, shelter, and food. The agency also addresses a number of social justice issues such as reducing the possible risks to the children under our care, ensuring that families are effectively engaged and fully supported. The agency also offers a number of services such as training of staff and foster caregivers to ensure that they are highly committed, ensuring that siblings are kept together for their well-being and continuity and developing permanent families through stable placements. 

Various client groups feel differently with regards to our agency. Some feel positive while others feel negative. Families and children feel positive about the agency because of the financial and moral support offered to them. Youths and the old feel negative about the agency because they are not supported through any means by the agency. The effectiveness of the agency can be determined by its ability to meet the core values and its mission. The agency should be able to accomplish the mission within the shortest period of time. I strongly believe the agency is meeting the needs of the community. Infidelity rate has greatly reduced and the number of children under our care has greatly increased. Many families have also been involved and shown their support to this programme financially, physically, emotionally and even socially. Indeed, our agency has greatly improved within the twenty years of service .
