All the above situations present interpersonal communication scenarios. Interpersonal communications are unplanned, spontaneous, and ungrammatical (Chapter 2). After completing the questionnaire, I have learned that I can communicate competently and effectively in most situations, which means I have good interpersonal communication skills. However, I would struggle in situations that raise emotions. Ali (2019), notes that the application of language changes with situations. Hence, my change in communication is not out of order, it is expected.
