Different leadership styles are effective in managing a business successfully. Transformational leadership is the most effective leadership style because the leaders work with the end goal in mind. The transformational leader aims to make the organization better than they found it and transform their teams to become more productive to reach the goal effectively and with no delays. They create a vision for the future of the business and ensure to share the idea and the expectations with their team so that everyone can be well prepared to work together towards achieving the shared goal and vision for the business (Buil et al., 2019). This kind of leadership requires the leaders to be more self-aware and empathetic. They are always ready and prepared to handle any conflicts among their team members to try to achieve their dreams for the business. They always hold themselves accountable for the success or failures of the businesses, and they never delay coming up with solutions that will change the business to become better.

The kind of leadership that reflects me is servant leadership. I believe in seeing everyone as equal and that no one is superior to the other, and I love meeting the needs of my team members just to make sure that they have a comfortable working environment (Pawar et al., 2020). From the Leadership styles media, Michael Johnson is the leader that reflects my leadership style. Michael is a servant leader who places other people's needs before his own needs. He ensures to support his team with all that he has, and he never asks his team members to do anything that he cannot do himself. He is a considerate leader who is always ready and willing to serve even those below him. I identify with Michael as I think we share the same sentiments that everyone is equal at the workplace. A leader should be ready to take up the responsibility where necessary to ensure the goal is achieved.
