Based on the reports, there are 26 keys to student’s engagement which are very important for their growth and development. In fact, the students require those engagements to succeed in their education. This paper will focus on three of their main keys to engagement which are collaborative, motivation, and teacher, The teacher is the most significant person in a student life. In most cases, the students tend to emulate the behaviour of their teachers after their parents. As such, the teacher needs to act as a good role model for them to set a god example to the students. Also, the teacher must employ new means of ensuring that the student achieves the best through their education system. In fact, the future of those students majorly depends on the hands of the teachers and not the parents. When it comes to collaboration, students must ensure that they participate in various activities as a way of learning team building skills. It is not likely for s student to succeed alone. The student would require working in groups as a way of sharing ideas and information. It is evident that some students are better in some subjects than others. As such, through collaboration, both students would be able to learn from each other (Bean, 2012). Motivation is another key engagement to students. In most school, the most performing students have warded presents as a way of motivating them. Such actions would ensure that other students are motivated to perform better to get such awards in the future (Bean, 2012). Also, for the student who has achieved that awards will fell that his/her efforts are appreciated by the institution. Teachers must develop new means of motivating students. However, the student should not depend on those motivations as their driving force to perform better.
