The ability of a human being to recognize what is wrong and what is right is considered moral. Moral behaviors relate to the personal ethics of an individual in a given workplace, society or environment. Heinz breaking into a pharmacy to steal drugs that would save his wife would be considered morally wrong, but it was the right thing to do since he saved a life ( Lind, 2017). Stealing is unethical and against the moral values expected of a person in the society, but Heinz was forced to make a tough decision to save the life of his spouse. Putting into consideration the conventional level of morality, Heinz only made decisions that would benefit him and his wife. However, Heinz did not consider the interests and feelings of the chemist owners after they found that there were missing drugs.
I belong to the post-conventional morality level since I believe the rule of law should be maintained in the society, but the members should entirely agree upon the standards of conformity. Besides, I believe in universal and ethical reasoning where I follow all the internalized principles of justice despite conflicting with the law at times.

In spite of the above, my personal levels of morality differ in varied settings since I tend to be more obedient at work. I fear facing the severe and tough punishments at work like demotions and delayed payments. At work, I fall under the pre-conventional morality level since the rules at work are absolute and fixed. For instance, there is the set time that every person should report to work which I keenly follow.
My morality has not changed since adolescence because I have always obeyed the rule of law in the society. In addition, I have always believed that there should be set a standard rule for the society that puts into consideration human rights.
