This study engaged different individual perceptions, feelings, and appreciations that come with the identification of challenges and experiences of working with patients with major health impairments or infectious diseases. As part of the elemental procedures of deliberating health, these individuals have o put up with certain experiences in certain conditions, and serve their rightful purpose of delivering health services to these individuals. The findings indicated from the interview have been highlighted as significant in informing the future practices in the same field (Gargiulo & Metcalf, 2016). For the education sector, this study brings out important details concerning professional delivery of services at the health sector, and hence offers a better way of managing them in the future

Working with Children 

Question: Working with children is an involving activity in any humanitarian sector. What are your experiences in working with children and young adults with major health impairments or infectious diseases?

Response: While working with children and young adults with major health impairments or infectious diseases, the important aspect relates to the feeling for the patient, having to think and feel what the patient is undergoing, the repercussions of the disease, and the possible effects that it can have on the people around the patients. It is a great feeling of compassion that runs deep into informing and establishing ways that nurses can respond to these patients. It is always important to be in the shoes of the patients and sharing their pain because it influences the healing process. 

Transition Process 

What role, if any does this professional have with the IEP or transition process? 

Response: Professionals have the immediate role of passing on the same expertise and response mechanisms to future practitioners and service people so that they can help patients in influential and sustainable ways. With the IEP, the professional is served with keeping up with the procedurals useful in predicting a better way of getting results for the patients at hand. 

Protocols 

Question: Every department in an organization has protocols that it observes to ensure a smooth activity. What types of protocols do you have to follow when working with these individuals to ensure safety? 

Response: When working with such individuals, it is important to respect have a deep configuration of the symptomatic elements of their ailments, have a good recording procedure, mastery of the results and possible reactions to the same, and sticking to the routine and procedures of treatment offered by the health facility. It is important to stick to the ethical standards, medical and patient rights and privileges, among other protocols (Gargiulo & Metcalf, 2016). 

Recommendations 

Question: It is important to always have a plan that will prepare students towards what they are aiming to engage in the future profession. What recommendations do you have for teachers working with these individuals within the educational setting? 

Response: For teachers working with these individuals within the educational setting, it is important that learners embrace the ideals of medical practice. These ideas like courage, strong personality while dealing with various patients, determination, and persistence are crucial in managing the challenges associated with working with patients diagnosed with major health impairments or infectious diseases. Normally, they seek assistance, which should be offered in the best way possible and with consideration of the medical protocols and procedures of service (Gargiulo & Metcalf, 2016). The educational setting should ensure that these people are prepared enough by getting best techniques and skills that will be useful in the provision of adequate and necessary responses to patients while in the field. 

Legal Implications 

Question: Legal guidelines are crucial in any professional engagement. What type of legal implications is involved in ensuring the safety and privacy of these individuals within your profession? 

Response: Health practitioners should observe the right and established legal procedures within the profession. They should also respect life, protect life, respect and protect the identities and privacy of the patients are intended and indicated, and live up to their responsibilities in handling issues and offering health services to these patients just as they need and just they are supposed to get. The professionals should adhere to the code of conduct that sees them serve well and be professionally helpful to the patients (Gargiulo, 2014). 

Conclusion 

Health professionals show compassion, dedication, determination, and longitudinal concern over patients with major health impairments or infectious diseases. The interviewing process has been successful. The respondents provided answers to specific questions addressing various issues concerning feelings and reactions of professionals while dealing with patients with major health impairments or infectious diseases. The success of the interview relates to the reaction of the respondents, their openness towards the questions posted, and the grasp of issues necessary in making a succinct conclusion possible.
