Maslow Personality Application
The contextualization theory of Maslow's assessment can help us identify various needs and be able to priorities the most unimportant needs. The theory and assessment tool help us to work towards self-actualization (“22 Self-Actualization Tests and Tools to Apply Maslow's Theory,” 2020). Applying the contextualization theory together with Maslow's personality assessment tool, I will be able to change some behaviors such as spending a lot of my financial resources on aesthetic needs such as paying too much on beauty rather than directing my financial resources to more critical needs such as security and basic needs (Mcleod, 2020).
I may combine both the contextualization and the Maslow assessment tool to help clients priorities the most critical needs (“22 Self-Actualization Tests and Tools to Apply Maslow's Theory,” 2020). Logically, different clients have different requirements that require different levels of satisfaction. However, some may prioritize a user's needs rather than focusing on the most critical needs that require immediate satisfaction (“Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Explained,” 2020). Hence, it this calls for the need of using the Maslow personal assessment tool.
