Lisa Adams is eleven years three months old. She attends Elementary school grade six at Bright Student Academy which is located less than a mile from her home. She is among the top students in her class and performs best in technical courses. Computer games are her favourite. She also spends a considerable amount of time on the internet. Such exposure has helped her develop fine motor skills but also reduced the time she spends with her friends. Similarly, this has affected the time spent in other plays because much of her free time is dedicated to computer games. Exposure to the computer has enabled Lisa to develop strong cognitive skills and boosted her ability to solve complex problems ( Boyd & Bee, 2015) .
Lisa physical development from six years to date has been steady but slow. However, her rate of growth is higher than that of boys of a similar age. She excelled in girls activities especially sports and games in addition to increased physical abilities that has enabled her to learn and develop self confidence. Fine motor skills and keen eye-hand coordination were observed when she was seven years. High mental coordination has enabled her to be good in writing and playing the keyboard. She is more attentive, processes information quickly and has developed high spatial perception. She has good health, but there have been minor cases of injuries while playing, some weight gain and one asthma occurrence ( Boyd & Bee, 2015: Mah & Jones, 2012).

Lisa has an active role in the family and social Structure. She has developed abstract thoughts and controlled behaviours and emotions leading to independent decision making. Her vocabulary, grammar, and understanding of the use of vocabulary have grown over the past five years. From the age of six years, she has developed strong thinking abilities that continued to increase with her growth. During the period, her information processing speed and efficiency has improved over the years. Her grasp and memory in numbers, words or letters are high. The rate of acquiring new information and skills are greater than when she was in her early childhood. Currently, she is efficient in cognitive processing, and this has expanded throughout her middle childhood ( Boyd & Bee, 2015; Mah & Jones, 2012).
Lisa is an intelligent and friendly girl. She has a good relationship with her parents, teachers and fellow kids. Her self-esteem is high which can be attributed to strong social support from her parents and peers. She also has a good understanding of others internal traits. Lisa respects those in authority, and where she feels that she has wronged, she begs for forgiveness. Her attachment to the parents has reduced, but its strength seems to persist. She has stable friends mostly girls at school and in the neighborhood whom she spends her free time with. Some form of relational aggression can be identified in her, but the degree is mild ( Boyd & Bee, 2015).
