In the society and community, I believe the purpose of education to instil the values of fairness, justice, and cooperation among students to ensure that they contribute toward improving and maintaining a functional society. Education has long-lasting and deep effects on the progress and development of a society. It ensures that people live their lives in a comfortable manner while allowing students to remain mentally and physically strong.
Within the classroom setting, I think that the role of the teacher is to educate students under their care. Past that, educators ensure to perform additional roles including setting classroom tone, establishing a warm environment, nurturing and mentoring leaners, serve as role models, as well as look and listen to trouble signs among the learners. To emerge successful in these endeavors, educators should show qualities, such as collaboration, coordination, support, and adaptable to the requirements of learners.

Goals for Students
From the time that my students spend in my class, I want my students to learn ways in which they would contribute to their lives. I wish them to learn how to become successful by following their passions in line with contributing toward the progress of the society irrespective of the profession that they pursue in life.
Plan of Action
To realize my teaching goals, the strategies and communication methods that I utilize revolve around emphasizing on effective communication with the students. I will ensure to discuss the upcoming lessons in advance to allow the students to adapt to the discussions that will occur in class. I will also ensure to offer the learning materials that the students need in a timely and accessible manner to ensure that they use the content learned to improve their lives.
In running my classroom, I establish situations that make it possible for the students to take part in the process of developing class culture and rules. I ensure that my students have a voice in line with offering them the opportunity for demonstrating their knowledge in class, which creates a sense of belonging in line with increasing their motivation to learn.
