The education experience in education institutions currently is very different from the experiences there some few years ago. A few years ago, students respected their teachers, and you would not experience any disrespect directed to the teachers. Students were listening to what their teachers were telling them. However, this is not the case in the current state of events at schools (Cook-Sather, 2002) . Students attend school with an attitude and act as if they are not supposed to be told what to do, and they are not ready to listen and follow the directions given to them by their teachers.

Nowadays, parents are held up and engaged in so many things trying to make ends meet at home; therefore, they are not well involved in their children's education ( Murray et al., 2015). Parents pay school fees and leave the teachers to interact and guide the children in their education path. I believe this is also one of the problems in the educational experience in today's education. Parents should be involved in their children's education to help improve their educational experience (Goldthwaite et al., 2016) . The ideal education experience that I would recommend for students at grades K-12 should have more parental involvement and accountability, proper and adequate funding for educational resources such as textbooks, training tools, and equipment's as well as experienced and efficient staff who will ensure that the kids have the best education express that they can.

Parent Involvement

When I was in elementary school, my school had a large PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) that took an active role in their children's education. They took part in the children's teaching, which helped them be aware of the issues affecting the students. The Parent-Teacher Association in some schools does not care about the well about of the children ( Murray et al., 2015) . Parents must be involved with their children, which will help even the students concentrate more on their studies because they have the support of their parents. Teachers can do so much so, but even parents have a role to play in their children's education. When the child leaves the classroom and returns home, parents must reinforce what was taught to retain the information (Goldthwaite et al., 2016) . When parents decide to drop the ball and fail to hold their children accountable, there will be consequences.

School Funding

School levies are a significant source of revenue for most school districts in most areas. One issue with this is that in some areas, once people have had their children and the children have grown up, they may decide they no longer want to vote on these issues. A levy is exceptionally relevant to our children's education and is urgently needed. School districts need to do a better job of communicating the need for these funds through advertisements. When adequate funding is obtained, our children can have access to the best resources money can buy. The perfect experience would include cutting-edge computers and technology ( Spektor-Lev et al., 2013) . Tablets, for example, would be an excellent way for children to learn and follow along at their desks. And exposing children to technology at a young age would make them much more employable as they enter the workforce.

Staff

Hiring the best teachers available to work with the children is significant in ensuring that the children will have a good education experience ( Cook-Sather, 2002 . Teachers are good, but I've seen many bad ones over the years. Any of these people have no business working in the area of education. Strong, hardworking, enthusiastic, and compassionate people committed and willing to make the sacrifices required of teachers will provide the perfect experience (Goldthwaite et al., 2016) . Teachers do not have a good pay. I advocate for teacher to be paid more. My family members, who are teachers, arrive at work hours ahead of schedule every day and takes homework home with them on most evenings. They use personal funds to purchase materials and other things for the school. Guess who pays for cases like when a kid arrives at school without supplies or a backpack because they can't afford it? Yes, we do! Our ideal experience will provide enough funding to assist our teachers in such circumstances. This will not only make their work more manageable, but it will also help us keep our employees by preventing them from being burned out as a result of too many of these issues.

Conclusion

Parental involvement, money, and exceptional staff would be required for my ideal educational experience (Goldthwaite et al., 2016). Children spend more time at school and with the teachers than they do at home for some days. Why wouldn't we want to create the best product possible to aid the success of the people who matter most to us? We can give our children the best possible chance to achieve their dreams and make their futures as bright as possible with a little more time and effort from parents being more involved and our school districts putting in the time to get the best possible staff to teach our kids, as well as securing the funding needed.
