In his days, he noticed that when people failed to follow traditions and obey their leaders, chaos and bloodshed would follow. Following traditions kept family units, communities, and the nation together. Therefore, Confucius taught that if everyone followed traditions at their level, then there would be social order and, by extension, peace, and prosperity (Confucius, 2019).

The main form of marginalization that One Earth Design handles is technological and innovation marginalization. Technology and innovation are on the rise globally, leading to the development of the powerful computerized machine, which makes work more comfortable and improve lives. Environmental crusaders have also commenced massive projects to protect the earth from pollution. Most of the technology and conservation happens at the community and national level. However, the poor all over the world fail to see the benefits of technology and innovation. Instead of working on large global projects, One Earth Design works on small family-level projects that bring technology and innovation to the poor (One Earth Designs Inc., 2020). I believe that this approach has been successful in reducing pollution and environmental degradation inside the homes of the poor. One Earth Design has also been successful in helping alleviate the impact on pollution on the health of the poor.
