Such behav ior usually starts during fetal development and continues throughout the child’s life. Therefore, both the environment and biology have a significant influence on behavioral tendencies.

Thesis statement: however, the underlying factor is that crime remains a crime regardless of the crime of the offender.

Body paragraph 1

Topic sentence: victims and their families deserve a sense of justice when affected by a juvenile.

Supporting point: from the preceding, it is evident that more young people are getting entangled in criminal behavior form an early age.

Detail: Consequently, this predisposes them to harm other societal members physically. Such harm should be treated as a criminal and punished accordingly regardless of the offenders’ age.

Supporting point: This is because the families of the affected parties deserve justice as a way of restitution. Crime remains a crime regardless of the age of the offender.

Detail: providing the right punishment for a crime will deter other minors from engaging in such behavior in the future.

Supporting point: juvenile delinquency can be tamed if everyone in society takes their role seriously.

Detail: Such persons include parents, teachers, the clergy, and law enforcers.

Body Paragraph 2

Topic/transition sentence: The lack of consequences for junior offenders and not being accountable for crimes committed encourages future offenders.

Supporting point: Other minors will tend to follow the delinquent behaviors of their peers in case the right kind of punishment is not meted out to their offending peers.

Detail: punishment to offending minors can include community service for a certain period of detention in maximum-security prisons in case of serious crimes.

Supporting point: community service will lead to a change of behavior among the offenders. Consequently, such people will rethink their practices ad refrain from the action that landed them in detention centers.

Detail: punishment for minors plays a significant role in eliminating bad behavior from young people. Frequently, people refrain from criminal activity, especially if the practice separates them from the rest of the community.

Supporting point: it should be upon all stakeholders in the society to ensure that children follow the right path from childhood.

Detail: Teaching children the right manners eventually transforms them into responsible members of society.

Body paragraph 3

Topic/transition sentence: rehabilitation for juveniles has a small success rate, but in fact, has higher rates of recidivism.

Supporting point: research has proven that incarceration often leads to higher rates of recidivism, not only among older persons but also among guidelines as well.

Detail: this s because most federal prisons and juvenile detention centers do not have the proper mechanisms to teach good behavior to the detainees and influence positive behavior change.

Supporting point: the lack of sufficient teaching mechanisms in the edition centers eventually makes the detainees go back to the same negative behavior that landed them in such facilities.

Detail: consequently, the detainees leave without any skill that they can use to earn a living, making them engage in illegal activities that eventually put him back in prison.

Body Paragraph 4

Topic/transition sentence: Juveniles can make rational decisions and can determine the differences between right and wrong.

Supporting point: a person can make proper judgment once he has reached the threshold of puberty and early adulthood.

Detail: sound judgment will lead to proper decisions that will deter them from engaging in criminal acts.

Supporting point: criminality tends to reduce tremendously among people who are sober and can make rational decisions.

Detail: therefore, it is prudent that young people be taught about the importance of sound judgment from an early stage.

Detail: receiving the right teaching from adults in the society will prevent young people from sliding down ruinous paths that might land them in juvenile detention centers or prison.

Conclusion: it is upon the older members of society to teach positive behavior among young people. She proactive steps will lead to well-behaved minors and a safe community.

Restatement of thesis: however, the underlying factor is that crime remains a crime regardless of the crime of the offender.

So what? Therefore, crime should be punished accordingly regardless of the age of the offender.
