Introduction 

Based on the issues linked to the principles of Frequency, Intensity, Time Duration, and Type of Activity (FITT), a good number of issues are linked to the analysis and understanding of the application of the health and fitness programs especially for the hockey coach in which I actively take part during my free time in the schools in one way or the other. Therefore, it significant to note that the patterns bordering health and fitness are quite important in one some form of ways as explained below: 

Frequency 

Indeed technology affects the activity level of individuals. Does technology have an impact on the physical operations of the hockey players taking up the practices and the articulations of their roles in the hockey pitch in a much comprehensive manner? Of course yes! However, some people argue that genetics and the environment that a hockey player is exposed to determine what he/she eats at a tender age. While this argument might be right, I believe technologies are the primary determinants of hockey players’ physical activities. It remains to be a debatable topic that attracts the interest of academicians, dietetics, and researchers. In most cases, “what we eat, we become.

Intensity 

As a result, hockey coaches and technology ought to devote much of their attention to hockey players to guide and influence their physical activities. They need to understand that the quantity of food taken does not always reflect healthy eating. It can be little in amount, but nutritious. In the first five years of life, hockey players experience rapid physical growth. 

Time 

At the same period, their future physical activities can be determined. There are various reasons why technologies are believed to be the primary influencers of the feeding habits of the participants in the hockey games. Among these reasons include the knowledge of breast milk feeding, the transition period to modified adult diet such as beverages and food consumption. 

Activity 

The lifestyle and parenting style and the perception of technology towards healthy eating as well as the socioeconomic and cultural contexts have a significant impact on the extent on the participation among the hockey players. 

Conclusion 

In summary, undoubtedly innovation affects the activity level of people. Does change affect the physical exercises of the hockey players? Apparently yes! Nonetheless, a few individuals contend that hereditary qualities and the condition that kid are presented to figure out what he/she eats at a young age.
