Impact of prenatal test on the value of life 

According to the author, carrying out a prenatal test has a special bearing on the value of human life in the sense that the manner in which it is carried greatly influence the dignity of human survival ( Meyer, 2011 ). As such, he argues that sometimes the test can degrading for the various associated with it. Meyer uplifts the value and sanctity of human life to the highest level. As such, he believes that with the setting up of health institutions with necessary tools and equipment, human health conditions will be safe. He gives special tribute to the human life and reveals that even people with disabilities should be loved and respected. 

Benefits and risks of prenatal testing 

Prenatal testing is an important facet during the pregnancy period. As such, it should be highly embraced since it helps to monitor the situation of the inborn child while still in the womb ( Boon & Faas, 2013 ). Additionally, the tests may make a pregnant woman to have a feeling of relaxation once she becomes aware of both her condition and the baby. Besides, when the condition of the baby in the womb is pathetic, the mother can learn to dedicate much time on her side. On the other side, some of the potential risks may include damaging of the woman’s womb leading to bleeding that can imminently lead to death ( Boon & Faas, 2013 ). Moreover, the test may lead to an unexpected miscarriage.

Biblical views on the sanctity of life 

Biblical teaching about the sanctity of human life informs people to have a high respect for human life by the show of love ( Bryant et al., 2011 ). Remarkably, the Bible teaches that all human life is awesomely and wonderfully made and should be respected at all costs. As such, for Christians to make a sound decision, they have to embark on their faith and relate it to the implications of prenatal testing.
