Most modern researchers are always development previous studies full-stop most studies college because of the name for more research about their study topic. Studies are conducted based on set research questions. A robust research question must be focused on a single major issue or a problem within society. The research topic must have available primary and secondary research sources to support the findings (Marshall, 2016). All researchers must choose topics within practical constraints and visible enough to answer within specific timeframes. Research questions must remain relevant to the river research as a field of study. This study will develop a research question based on prejudice and discrimination in the united states. 

Research Question 

Any negative and incorrect attitude towards an individual based on the individual's membership of a social group is referred to as Prejudice. This society might hold prejudiced views towards certain genders or races. Negative behaviours usually and Justified and based on Prejudice towards an individual or a group of people is referred to as discrimination. Example of discrimination includes racial discrimination and social discrimination (Marks et al., 2019). The following research question has been proposed for this study.

The United States is one of the most diversified regions in the world. The region contains races and cultures from all over the world. There have been a perpetual issue of racial prejudice and discrimination in the United States (Whitley and Kite, 2016). The proposed research question, therefore, remains relevant as it is a broader issue within the United States community. 

Hypothesis 

The following research hypothesis has been proposed for the above research question (Oskamp, 2020). 

In most federal cases that involve robbery, violent crimes and drug crimes, juries are more likely to convict black defendant than a white defendant.
